“When my wife and I decided to build a custom home we had a short list of builders to consider. The complete build process was very smooth. Before contracts were signed Brain did an excellent job communicating how the process would work, what he expected from us and what we needed to do to make our custom selections. During the build we never had a “surprise” type moment. We always knew what steps next and what decisions we would need to make. Brian also took time to meet with us in person at the construction site when we needed help making choices. He was a big help and always a pleasure to deal with.
Before building our house we heard horror stories from family and friends about building a custom home. We were warned about delays, cost changes, low quality products, poor communication and the stress all those items created. We didn’t experience a single issue.
